H2Hotel

H2Hotel is a delightful, comfortable. Clean and friendly place to stay right in downtown Healdsburg. The rooms were adequate in size with sitting chairs a desk area and a delightful little patio/deck. Nespresso coffee maker started us off and then was followed by the complimentary breakfast of yogurt, fruit, eggs and pastries. To a person the staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful.

H2 has everything you need and more. Stylish, comfortable and full of amenities. Staff was top notch. So affordable. I’ve never paid $20 for valet parking. Will be back this fall!

We stayed at the H2 hotel as part of a small group bike tour -- we arrived one day early and extended our stay. So we experienced the hotel as part of a group, and as an individual couple traveling by ourselves. Positives.... great location, comfortable bed and bedding, lots of clothes storage in the room, good quality robes and love the in-room Nespresso machine. Negatives.... the room and public spaces in the hotel are going for a trendy, industrial vibe, but the actual feel that you get is just cold, sterile and not inviting. The room was hot and stuffy and the A/C control did not work to lower the temperature -- all of the people in our group complained about the same issue and it was brought to the attention of the hotel staff, but nothing was done and the rooms were uncomfortably warm during our entire stay. There are no USB ports in the rooms, making charging devices a challenge. The chairs in the room are uncomfortable and not inviting -- especially the metal folding chairs on the balcony -- they are actually a joke (no table on the balcony either, so no place to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine). The bathroom is modern and clean, but the lack of storage and hooks, makes it difficult to unpack toiletries. The hotel bills itself as a 4 star hotel, but there is no on-site concierge in the lobby and the hotel staff was not knowledgeable and could not answer basic questions about the area walking trails, wineries or Uber availability. Unfortunate that this prime location is not better utilized... the staff needs more training and the facilities really need to be updated if it is to be considered a 4 star resort. If staying in Healdsburg, I would explore other options before booking this location.

Great location! We had a large suite with king bed and futon that was very well equipped with everything we needed. Loved the small windows covered by plants on the outside that let in extra light. The water stations in the hotel and refillable bottles provided were a nice sustainable option. Would definitely stay again!

H2 is in a prime location - walkable to everything! The staff were extra helpful and friendly. The day before our early flight, we asked the front desk if the valet was 24/7 because we would need our car at 4:30 am. To my surprise, when I went to the lobby to get the car the next morning, it was already there waiting for us!! Definitely would stay here again!
